October 1st: 6:30am wakeup. Felt amazing to sleep in. No morning run. Oatmeal for breakfast because I was in desperate need of groceries. Decided to toss in maple syrup AND chocolate syrup. Mmm, great combo. Work 8am-4:30pm. It was an easy Monday. Double decker PB&J.
Stopped off at Da Choppa for $75 dollars worth of groceries. All the essentials. Home by 5:30pm. 9 miles (62:33) with Goupil slightly later. Good run.
Back to stretch, foam roll, and just relax for a bit. Salad with chicken for dinner. Avocado, green pepper, tomato, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing. So good. Bed by 10pm.
