July 16th (Tuesday): 6:15am wakeup. Decided to sleep in. Taught the new contractor training first thing from 7:30am-9:30am. A couple hiccups with technology, but worked out just fine. Spinach, avocado, pinto bean and chicken wrap with newly purchased Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Out of work by 4pm.
Home to relax for a while and snack on some food. Black licorice, kettlecorn, and some Gatorade. Out for run at 8pm. 8+ miles (56:12) through the back neighborhoods and a small section of trail. Back to foam roll, make a protein shake and ice the legs while watching Big Bang Theory.
