Thursday: 10+ miles (7 mile tempo in the afternoon - 5:30's for 5 mile section)
Friday: 4 miles in the AM (travel to Leominster for the weekend)
Saturday: Wachusett 10K (34:52) for the win. 12 miles on the day.
Sunday: Spectated Vermont City Marathon and was the pit crew for Goup. Ran him in the last couple miles. 5 miles on the day.
