Making sure everyone is on the line.

Out hard.

 From a distance.

 In stride.

Started to fall off the pack just before 2 miles. Through 2 in 9:40+.

 I'm sure I was over-striding.

Legs look not so much in sync.

Monday: Easy miles (shin on the upswing and minimal pain)
Tuesday: Easy miles (shin on the upswing and minimal pain)
Wednesday: Easy miles (shin on the upswing and minimal pain)
Thursday: 9 miles total (7 miles with my buddy (Pete), track meet and paced Renee through 5:15 mile. Sprinted a 58 second 400).
Friday: 8.5 miles (56:59)
Saturday: 8+ miles (57:34) with Gavs in the morning. Work function at the Saratoga horse track
Sunday: 12+ miles (84:49) with some Fleet Feet people on the Zim Smith bike trail.

With the shin acting up and a couple weeks off, I decided to switch up the fall marathon schedule.

The race schedule is roughly below (might add a few):
  • Keene State Alumni Race 5K (Keene, NH)
  • Palio Half Marathon (Saratoga Springs, NY)
  • Hartford Half Marathon (Hartford, CT)
  • Stockade-athon 15K (Schenectady, NY)
  • Manchester Road Race 4.748 mile (Manchester, CT)
  • California International Marathon (Sacramento, CA)
